General
- The client is completely responsible for financial losses that are due to damages caused by them or any party members after renting it.
- Drugs and smoking are completely prohibited
- The usage of alcohol is allowed only if there is a divider in the vehicle
- You can also request special beverages but will have to pay an additional $20 as a service fee apart from the liquor price
- Filling the vehicles beyond the seating limit is unsafe and illegal
- The company isn’t responsible for articles left in our vehicles
- The company isn’t responsible for delays due to traffic, road, weather, or any unforeseen conditions
- We’ll charge an additional amount depending on the case for the excessive cleanup
- You must make a booking for online reservations with CST (Central Standard Time)
Reservations
- All reservations are subject to a guaranteed payment
- We might charge our credit card when you make a reservation
- In case of rescheduling two hours prior to pick up, then you will get a vehicle depending on the availability and not on the basis of reservation
- While our goal is to fulfill Lincoln MKT requests, there is no guarantee even though you provide the event type
- We’ll book events on an hourly or 2 hours basis, depending on the rules, location, and other factors of the event
- There is no guarantee for requests for particular cars apart from SUVs
- There is no guarantee of fulfillment of requests for specific car colors
- You must book an SUV for equipment, such as snowboards, skis, golf bags, etc.
Cancellations
- If you cancel the reservation in less time than described then it will lead to a full charge
- You must make all cancelations over the phone, not through email

Interstate and Long Distance (IL) Trips
Rates
- The rates don’t include gratuity and can be changed without prior notice
- You’ll have to pay an additional 5% fuel surcharge
- You need to book an SUV rather than a Sedan for items like golf clubs, skis, snowboards, etc
- Late Night Surcharge: A premium rate of $10.00 applies to all services booked between the hours of 11:00 PM and 4:29 AM.
- Airport Greet and Meet: Our driver will welcome you at the escalator or baggage claim with a personalized sign, assist with luggage, and escort you to your vehicle. This service is priced at $30 for domestic flights and $40 for international arrivals.
- Child Safety: Child seats and booster seats are available for an additional fee of $20 per seat.
- Holiday Surcharge: A $35 surcharge applies to all services booked on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. Additionally, a rate increase of 50% applies to point-to-point and hourly services on New Year’s Eve after 6 PM.
- Credit card authorization is required to secure a reservation. In the event of failed credit card authorization, full payment is required prior to the start of the service.
Charters (Hourly Service)
- There will be a half an hour charge for 15 minutes into the hour
- There is a 20% gratuity for all charter reservations
- The hourly service price is subject to change as per your location
- Round trips will turn into hourly service if the time between drop-off and pickup is less than 2 hours
- Any booking to and from concerts and sporting events will be considered an hourly service
- You would’ve to ask for a quote for out-of-state trips since hourly service isn’t applicable
- In the case of hourly service, waiting time fees aren’t applicable
- Getting approval and authorization for prom overtime charges is necessary
Wait Time Charges
- Airports only: Hi88limo Vehicle offers a grace period of an hour for both domestic and international arrivals. After that, there will be charges for wait time, depending on the vehicle type. To avoid this charge, you can ask the driver to come after half an hour or an hour after the flight gates. However, you must mention it when making the online reservation.
- There is a 10-minute free wait time for private aviation arrivals
- Apart from airports and hourly service, the grace period is 10 minutes. After that, there will be charges for wait time.
- Sedans – $10/10 minutes
- SUVs – $15/10 minutes
- Stretch Limo – $20/10 minutes
- Stretch SUV – $25/10 minutes
- Luxury Sprinter Vans – $25/10 minutes
Extra Stops Charges (Minimum charge, on route)
- Sedans – $10/stop
- SUVs – $15/stop

No-show
- If you don’t show up for the booking, then there is going to be a charge for the cost with an additional 20% gratuity. Please contact us at +1 773 943 1829 if you’re unable to find your vehicle and ensure you don’t get billed for no-show
- Apart from airports, we’ll consider no dhow to be after half an hour after not getting any response from the customer’s side
